Cabbage and Meat Balls
Cabbage And Meat Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 to 12 cabbage leaves, 1 lb. hamburger, 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 c. rice (regular), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a bowl, combine hamburger, uncooked rice, egg, salt and pepper.
Set aside.
Boil cabbage leaves for 5 minutes.
In a pan, saute onion in vegetable oil.
Add lemon juice, sugar, soup and water.
Simmer.
Take 1/10 of hamburger mixture, roll into a ball, wrap a cabbage leaf around the mixture and place it in a large pot with the opening of cabbage at the bottom.
Continue until all hamburger/cabbage is used.
Pour the onion/soup sauce over cabbage rolls.
Simmer on low for 3 hours.
