C-Foam Cider Pie
C-Foam Cider Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. apple cider, 2 tbsp. candy red hots, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin, 2 medium apples, pared and diced and 1 c. cream, whipped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Heat 3/4 cup of the cider with candy red hots.
When candy is melted, add the gelatin and stir until dissolved; then stir in the remaining cider.
Chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites; beat until foamy and frothy.
Fold in diced apples, and whipped cream.
Pour into the baked pie shell.
Chill until firm.
