Butterscotch Pie
Butterscotch Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 5 tbsp. flour, few grains salt, 1 1/2 c. milk and 2 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix brown sugar, flour and salt.
Gradually add milk.
Mix well.
Beat egg yolks and add to other ingredients.
Cook over hot water, stirring constantly until thick.
Add butter and pour into baked pastry shell.
Put meringue on top, using 2 egg whites. Brown in hot oven.
