Butterscotch Pie
Butterscotch Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 5 tbsp. flour, few grains salt, 1 1/2 c. milk and 2 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix brown sugar, flour and salt.
Gradually add milk.
Mix well.
Beat egg yolks and add.
Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until thick.
Remove from heat.
Add butter or margarine.
Pour into pastry shell.
Swirl meringue on filling. Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
