Butterscotch Pie
Butterscotch Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 1/2 c. milk, 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat 1 cup of milk and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
Mix cornstarch, 1/2 cup milk and egg yolks.
Add to hot mixture slowly. (Cook in double boiler until thick.)
Stir and add butter 10 minutes longer.
Make meringue and top pie with it.
Brown and cool crust before pouring in filling.
