Butterscotch Pie
Butterscotch Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 2 c. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. milk, 2 c. milk and 3 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cook sugar, margarine and 2 tablespoons milk to a taffy.
Add the 2 cups sweet milk, thickened with 3 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in a little of the milk and
3 beaten egg yolks and cook until thick.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Cool and pour into 10-inch cooked pie shell or 9-inch and 6-inch pie shells.
Cover with beaten egg whites and brown.
