Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars
Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 c. chopped nuts and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350° (325° for glass dish).
Melt chips and butter.
Stir in graham crumbs and nuts.
Press 1/2 of crumbs on bottom of greased pan (13 x 9-inch).
In mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
Add milk, vanilla and egg; mix well. Pour on top of crumbs.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
