Butternut Squash
Butternut Squash is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium butternut squash, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 c. red hots candy (2 oz. pkg.), 1/2 orange juice and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut squash in half lengthwise and discard seeds.
Slice into 1/2-inch slices crosswise and remove peel. Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Heat orange juice in microwave dish. Dissolve candy in the orange juice.
Pour over squash. Sprinkle with salt.
Cover with foil and bake at 375Β° for 30 to 35 minutes. Place liquid from baking pan into small saucepan and boil until thick.
Pour over squash. Yields 4 servings.
