Buttermilk Salad
Buttermilk Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, undrained, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin, 2 c. buttermilk, 1 (12 oz.) container non-dairy whipped topping and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat pineapple and juice in a saucepan.
Remove from heat. Add gelatin, stirring to dissolve.
