Buttermilk Pineapple Salad
Buttermilk Pineapple Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice), 2 (3 oz.) boxes orange jell-o or you can use lime for holiday salad, 1 (8 oz.) container cool whip, thawed and 2 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bring pineapple juice to a boil in large saucepan.
Remove from heat.
Add Jell-O, stirring until dissolved.
Cool and add pineapple and then buttermilk.
Stir to combine.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into a 13 x 9 dish and let set in refrigerator overnight.
