👨🍳 Instructions
Mix sugar, flour, eggs and butter.
Add buttermilk; mix real good.
Fold in vanilla, lemon extract and coconut.
Pour in 9-inch pie shell.
Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350° and continue baking 35 minutes.
Do not open oven until time is completely up.
