Buttermilk Pecan Pie
Buttermilk Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c butter or oleo, 2 c sugar, 2 tsp vanilla, 3 eggs and 3 t flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, adding sugar gradually.
Blend in vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add buttermilk.
Sprinkle pecans in bottom of a 9-inch unbaked pastry shell and pour filling over.
Bake at 300Β° for 1
1/2 hours.
Best if served at room temperature.
