Buttermilk Fudge
Buttermilk Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. buttermilk, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking soda, 2 tbsp. white karo and 1 1/2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine buttermilk, sugar, soda and Karo in a large pan (at least 4 quart size) and cook over low fire until soft ball forms in small amount of cold water.
Stir often.
Remove from heat, add vanilla and butter. Cool and beat.
Add pecans.
Pour into greased pan.
