Buttermilk Chicken
Buttermilk Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, halved and skinned, 1 qt. buttermilk, 3/4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Soak chicken in buttermilk, then roll chicken in mixture of flour and seasonings.
Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Place chicken in dish, breast side down and bake for 30 minutes, uncovered.
Turn chicken again and pour mixture of buttermilk and mushroom soup over it.
Bake 15 minutes more.
Serve over rice.
