Butterflied Garlic Shrimp
Butterflied Garlic Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter, 2 lb. medium shrimp, peeled, deveined and butterflied, 3 garlic gloves, smashed and chopped, 1 1/2 green peppers, in thin strips and 1 large lemon, peeled and diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat butter in large frying pan.
Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes on each side over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and season well; continue cooking 1 minute.
Stir in green pepper and diced lemon; cook 1 more minute.
Correct seasoning, add parsley and paprika.
Mix and serve.
