Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and flavoring.
Add milk; stir in flour mixture until blended.
Refrigerate dough for 1 hour.
Roll out dough; cut with cookie cutters.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 minutes on greased sheet until golden brown.
