(3/4-inch thick) halibut or other firm fish (fresh or frozen), 2 tbsp. dry onion sou mix, 1 c. dairy sour cream, 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs and 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. 👨‍🍳 Instructions

Thaw fish, if frozen.

Dry well.

Cut into 6 portions.

Combine soup mix and sour cream.

In separate bowl mix bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and paprika.

Dip fish in sour cream mixture.

Roll in bread crumb mixture.

Place in single layer on aluminum foil in well-greased pan or broiler pan.

Pour butter or oil over fish. Bake at 475° to 500° for 10 to 12 minutes until fish flakes easily. Yields 6 servings.
