Bundt Cake
Bundt Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. butter, 9 eggs, 3 c. flour, 2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Keep butter at room temperature until soft.
Separate eggs. In large bowl beat egg whites with 1 cup of sugar until fluffy; set aside.
Sift flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
To soft butter add egg yolks and remaining sugar; beat well.
Gradually add flour by 1/4 cup at a time.
Add vanilla; beat well.
Gently mix with egg whites.
Pour mixture in 9-inch Bundt cake pan. Warm oven for 5 minutes at 350Β°.
Place cake in oven; cook for 90 minutes.
Check with knife.
When well done, cool and remove from pan.
Sprinkle top of cake with confectioners sugar.
