Buffalo Chips (Cookies)
Buffalo Chips (Cookies) is an impressive American dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 32 minutes. Made with c. melted butter, c. brown sugar, (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, c. pecans, chopped and c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Blend butter and sugars.
Stir in eggs and vanilla.
Sift salt, flour, soda and baking powder.
Add to bowl.
Mix well. Stir in oats, cornflakes, chocolate chips, pecans and coconut. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350Β°.
Cookies will be soft and chewy if you don't bake them until brown.
Makes 36 big cookies.
