Brussels Sprouts With Vidalia Onion Butter is an easy dinner. Made with 2 medium vidalia onions, sliced, 6 tbsp. butter or margarine, 4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen brussels sprouts, 1 c. chicken stock and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook onion in butter on very low heat, until soft and brown. Cook Brussels sprouts in chicken stock until just tender.
Drain. Toss with onion butter.
