Brunch Pie
Brunch Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. margarine, 2 (15 oz.) cans corned beef hash, 3 eggs, 1/2 c. onion, chopped and 1 c. cheese, grated (monterey jack or cheddar), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix hash and 1 beaten egg; press into 1 (9-inch) pie plate, buttered, to form crust.
Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
Saute onion in 3 tablespoons margarine.
Layer cheese, onion and vegetables in crust.
Beat together remaining 2 eggs, milk, flour, mustard, garlic powder and pepper.
Pour mixture in crust.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°, until filling is set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
