Brunch Eggs(Serves 24) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 dozen eggs, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. butter, 2 c. mushroom soup and 2 (8 oz.) cans mushrooms (more or less), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Scramble very, very, very lightly in butter the eggs and milk until just barely set.
Put layer of eggs in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle half of soup on eggs, sprinkle can of mushrooms and sprinkle cheese on top.
Add second layer.
Sprinkle top with paprika and bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
