Brunch Egg Casserole
Brunch Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. plain croutons, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.), 4 eggs, slightly beaten, 2 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In bottom of greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish, combine croutons and cheese.
Combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard and onion powder. Mix until blended.
Pour over crouton mixture in casserole.
Cook bacon until crisp.
Drain and crumble.
Sprinkle over casserole. Set aside 1/4 for garnish.
Bake at 325Β° for 55 to 60 minutes. Garnish with remaining bacon.
