Brunch Egg Bake
Brunch Egg Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 4 to 5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained, 1/3 c. sliced green onions and 1/2 medium red pepper, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Toss 1/2 of cheese and sprinkle in the bottom of a slightly oiled 9 x 13-inch pan.
Saute in pan, mushrooms, onions, pepper and margarine until tender, then arrange over cheese, then sprinkle on ham and the remaining cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
