Brunch Casserole
Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage (bulk or chopped link sausage), 1 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese, 6 eggs and 2 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown sausage and drain well.
Spread in well-greased casserole the frozen potatoes.
Layer sausage over potatoes.
Add a layer of the cheese.
Beat the eggs, 2 1/2 cups of milk and mustard with salt.
Pour over cheese.
Mix the soup and 1/2 cup of milk and sliced mushrooms.
Layer over eggs.
Cover and refrigerate 24 hours or just overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/4 hours.
Let set 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
