Brunch Casserole
Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 slices white bread, trim off crusts, 6 large eggs, 8 slices american cheese, 8 thin slices boiled ham and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Place 8 slices of bread in a large, well buttered glass pan. Top with ham, then cheese, then 8 more slices of bread.
Mix eggs, milk and seasonings, beating in one egg at a time.
Pour over the bread, ham and cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
The next day, preheat oven to 350Β°.
Melt the butter and toss with corn flakes. Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake for 1 hour.
