Brownies
Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sifted flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 6 tbsp. cocoa and 1/2 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In small mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan (double batch takes a 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake pan).
Beat eggs.
Add sugar, cocoa, oil, flour mixture, then nuts last.
Pour mixture into pan.
Bake at 350° until top has dull crust and pulls away from pan slightly, about 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
Makes 16 (2-inch) squares (or 32 for larger pan).
