Brown Rice Casserole
Brown Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small onion, chopped fine, 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine, 4 stalks celery, chopped fine, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and 1/4 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Saute the onion, green bell pepper, celery, garlic salt and black pepper in 1 stick butter for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the rice, almonds, mushrooms, beef consomme, beef broth and soy sauce to mixture.
Pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 45 minutes.
