Broiled Stuffed Mushrooms
Broiled Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 18 medium fresh mushrooms, 3 tbsp. butter, 10 slices lean bacon and 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Wipe mushrooms with damp cloth.
Remove stems.
Brush caps with melted butter.
Place hollow side up in shallow pan.
Chop stems. Pan-broil bacon and drain on paper towel.
Combine stems, bacon and cheese.
Heap into mushroom caps.
Broil 3 1/2-inches below heat turned to 450Β° for 7 to 8 minutes.
May be prepared early and refrigerated until time to broil.
