Broiled Marshmallow Frosting
Broiled Marshmallow Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed, 2 tbsp. cream, 1/2 c. chopped nuts and 1 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream the margarine. Add the brown sugar and blend well.
Stir in the cream. Add the nuts and marshmallows, mixing lightly. Spread on top of a baked 9-inch square chocolate cake (or white or yellow cake), which has not been removed from the pan. Broil slowly about 5-inches below heat for 2 or 3 minutes or until the top is bubbly and lightly browned.
