Broiled Ginger Chicken
Broiled Ginger Chicken is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 2 hours 24 minutes. Arrange chicken in single layer, side side up.

With machine running, add oil in thin stream.
Rub mixture into chicken.
Let set for 2 to 3 hours.
Grease broiler pan.
Position 4-inches from flame.
Preheat pan.
Transfer chicken.

Baste with marinade.
Let skin side up for last 2 to 3 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes and garnish with cilantro and lime.
