Broiled Garlic Shrimp
Broiled Garlic Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. shrimp in shells, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1/2 c. unsalted margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat broiler.
Wash and dry shrimp.
Pour margarine in a shallow baking pan and add lemon juice, onion, garlic and pepper. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
Broil for 5 minutes, turn and broil 5 more minutes.
Serve on platter with strained pan juices. Sprinkle with parsley.
Serves 5; about 2 1/2 ounces shrimp per serving.
