Broiled Fillets
Broiled Fillets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fresh fillets, 1/3 c. hickory flavored barbecue sauce, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 3 tbsp. instant minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Place fillets in a single layer in a well-greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and brush fillets liberally with sauce.
Reserve small amount of sauce for basting.
