Broccoli Soup
Broccoli Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh broccoli, chopped, 2 tsp. or 2 packets chicken bouillon, 2 c. water, 2 c. milk and 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In Dutch oven heat water and bouillon until dissolved.
Add broccoli; cover and cook until broccoli is tender.
Add milk, cheese and dash of pepper.
Cook and stir until cheese is melted. Combine 1/4 cup flour with 1/2 cup cold water.
Stir into broccoli mixture.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Serves 4 to 6.
