Broccoli Soufflé
Broccoli Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 6 tbsp. flour, 1 lb. cottage cheese, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli and 3/4 stick oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Beat eggs; add flour and beat some more.
Add cottage cheese and stir in.
Cook the frozen broccoli (or use 1 pint package broccoli); drain.
Add oleo and cubed cheese.
Stir until oleo melts and cheese softens.
Add to egg mixture and stir.
Add 3/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
Put in large, greased casserole and bake 1 hour at 350°, uncovered.
