Broccoli Soufflé
Broccoli Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large stalks broccoli, 4 eggs, 1/2 c. milk, 1 tbsp. flour and 1 tbsp. accent, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook broccoli in small amount of water until tender.
In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk, flour, Accent and salt.
Chop broccoli into small pieces and add to egg mixture.
Add Swiss cheese.
Pour into a 2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle crushed crackers on top.
Melt margarine and pour over top of crackers. Bake at 300° about 45 minutes to 1 hour, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cook with aluminum foil over top, loosely covered.
