Broccoli Slaw
Broccoli Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. salad oil, 2 tbsp. cider vinegar, 1 tbsp. light brown sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 bunches broccoli (1 1/4 lb. each), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In medium bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, brown sugar and salt.
Cut off broccoli flowerets, and reserve for future use; peel and shred stems.
Remove and discard core from apple (do not peel); chop apple into 1/2-inch pieces.
Toss shredded broccoli, apple and raisins with dressing.
Makes 4 cups.
