Broccoli Salad
Broccoli Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large bunch broccoli, 1 medium head cauliflower, 4 to 6 stalks celery, 1 medium green bell pepper and 1/2 red onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Wash, trim and thinly slice the broccoli, cauliflower, celery and pepper crosswise.
Dice red onion and green onions small; drain olives, mushrooms and water chestnuts.
Cut mushrooms smaller; quarter the water chestnuts.
Mix vegetables in large bowl with lid that seals tight.
Mix Italian dressing and 3 packages dressing mix together well; pour over vegetables.
Mix well.
Cover salad tightly.
Let marinate for at least 12 hours, turning occasionally.
