Broccoli Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon gelatin, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cut into small pieces and 2 tsp. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Completely dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
Add broccoli and onion and stir until broccoli thaws and separates. Add low-fat cottage cheese, mayonnaise and mustard.
