Broccoli Rice Casserole
Broccoli Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked white rice, 2 or 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained and 1 (8 oz.) can bamboo shoots, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Combine all ingredients, except Cheddar cheese and pimientos.
Pour into a greased 3-quart casserole. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and pimientos over the top.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
