Broccoli-Rice Casserole
Broccoli-Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. chopped celery, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Brown celery and onion in margarine until tender.
Add soups and cheese spread.
Heat until warm on medium heat.
At the same time, prepare broccoli (without salt) and rice according to package directions.
Drain broccoli and rice.
Add to the other ingredients; pour into a casserole.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
