Preheat oven to 325Β°.

Butter 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cook broccoli until done.

Drain.

Beat biscuit mix, milk, eggs and salt until smooth.

Stir in broccoli and cheese.

(Save a little cheese to sprinkle on top.)

Pour into dish and bake for an hour or until knife inserted, comes out clean.

Makes 6 servings.
