Broccoli-Potato Bake Casserole
Broccoli-Potato Bake Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 small potatoes, peeled and diced, 2 tbsp. oleo, 1 tbsp. salt, 1/4 c. skim milk and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cook, drain, dice and mash potatoes with oleo, salt and milk.
Cook broccoli to package directions. Drain well.
Fold in mashed potatoes.
Put in casserole. Sprinkle with cheese.
Spray casserole with Pam.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
