Broccoli Parmesan
Broccoli Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) bunch fresh broccoli, 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 1/2 cloves garlic, unpeeled and minced, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese and 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Wash broccoli, removing tough ends.
Peel stems if tough. Split broccoli into separate flowerets.
Cut pieces so they are no more than 3 inches long.
Put broccoli into steamer basket.
Steam for approximately 10 minutes or until broccoli is bright green, but still tender-crisp in texture.
Remove onto heated serving dish.
