Broccoli Egg And Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. margarine, 8 large eggs, 3 tbsp. flour, 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese and 1 1/2 c. broccoli florets, blanched, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In large skillet over medium heat, melt margarine and toss in bread cubes, stirring until coated well.
Brown lightly. Continue to stir until evenly brown.
Set aside.
In bowl, beat eggs, milk, flour and mustard together until well mixed.
Add cheese, broccoli and ham.
Place bread in a greased 8 x 11-inch pan.
Pour egg mixture over top.
Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Bake 1 hour or until eggs are set.
