Broccoli-Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cream-style corn, 1 1/4 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix, divided, 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain well.
Cook corn according to package directions.
Combine broccoli, corn, 1 cup stuffing mix, soup, egg, butter and onion; mix well.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and remaining 1/4 cup stuffing mix. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
