Broccoli-Chicken Bake
Broccoli-Chicken Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned, 1 to 2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 small carton light cream and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Boil chicken on stove top for 1 hour; cook broccoli as directed.
Drain.
On bottom of 9 x 11-inch pan, put chicken and broccoli.
Mix mayonnaise and cream of mushroom soup together. Pour over top of chicken and broccoli; mix.
Top with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 350° to 375° for approximately 45 minutes.
