Broccoli Chicken Bake
Broccoli Chicken Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen broccoli, thawed and drained, 3 1/2 to 4 lb. chicken, cooked and boned, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup and 1/2 c. real mayonnaise (do not substitute), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spread broccoli in well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place chicken on broccoli; cover with 1/8-inch slices of cheese.
Mix soup and mayonnaise and spread evenly over cheese.
Sprinkle with water chestnuts.
Bake 40 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove from oven; cover with onion rings.
Bake ten more minutes or until onions are crisp.
