Broccoli Cheese Soup
Broccoli Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. minced onion, 4 c. chopped broccoli, 1 to 1 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 can condensed milk and whole milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In small bowl, cook onion in small amount of water; set aside. Cook broccoli (without salt) in water until tender.
In large bowl (at least 3-quart), soften Velveeta in microwave.
Add onion and water, condensed milk, slightly drained broccoli and enough whole milk to make about 2 1/2 quarts in bowl.
Heat, stirring occasionally.
Add flour and water mixture and cook until soup thickens.
