Broccoli Cheese Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. chopped or cut broccoli, 3 or 4 tbsp. melted margarine, 6 to 8 oz. velveeta cheese, melted and 8 to 10 crushed saltine crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook broccoli until tender; drain well.
Melt margarine; drizzle a couple of tablespoons of melted margarine over cracker crumbs and mix.
Add Velveeta to remaining margarine and melt together while stirring.
Pour melted cheese over broccoli in a casserole dish; mix.
Sprinkle buttered cracker crumbs over top.
